Energy as a Service
We support providers and buyers of EaaS – from the pre-deployment audit to guaranteed outcomes and settlement of the savings.

In the Energy as a Service model the customer does not buy an installation, but an outcome. For such a service to pay off for both sides, hard data is needed – and that is the role of the bieliq.pl platform.
Profiling and a pre-deployment audit
Historical EMS data sets the baseline, the actual consumption before any changes. Without it there is no fair way to settle the savings. The system also shows where energy is wasted – for example equipment running at full speed at night and at weekends.
Tailored solutions
The load profile makes it possible to size photovoltaics, heat pumps or storage exactly to the needs of the site instead of oversizing the installation. That lowers the investment cost for the service provider.
Guaranteed outcome and lower risk
In performance contracting, real-time data shows whether the cost reduction targets are being met. Price analysis makes it possible to decide when to buy from the grid and when to draw on your own storage.
Maintenance and extra revenue
The EMS signals drops in equipment efficiency before a failure occurs. Aggregated flexibility from many sites reaches the balancing market, lowering the cost of the whole service for the end customer.
Frequently asked questions
Your question is not here? – we answer to the point, including when the answer is “this will not pay off for you”.
What exactly is guaranteed in the EaaS model?
The subject of the contract is an outcome – usually a cost level or a reduction volume – not the equipment itself. That is why it is crucial how the outcome is measured and against which reference point.
How is the baseline set and can it be challenged?
The baseline is calculated from historical data preceding the changes, taking weather and production volume into account. The method should be written into the contract together with an adjustment rule, so that neither party gains from a change in external conditions.
What if the plant changes its production profile during the contract?
A change of profile is a typical situation, not an exception. It is handled by a baseline adjustment clause – the same data analysis that set the starting point also shows the scale of the change.
Who bears the capital expenditure?
In the service model the burden shifts from capital expenditure on the customer's side to an ongoing subscription cost. The split of risk and the ownership of equipment depend on the specific contract.
