NAATU Operator is a team of Polish engineers and managers with years of experience in energy management systems and microgrid design.

Polish engineers and managers with years of experience in energy management and the design of power microgrids.

Our products are built in Poland, in cooperation with world leaders in battery technology (Sunwoda) and in inverters and protection systems (Siemens, ABB, Sinexcel, Dunext, Kehua). We develop our own EMS on top of DEIF power microgrid control technology.

In 2025 we decided to start operating as an energy aggregator, and in 2026 we are starting to deliver ancillary services to PSE using our customers' assets.

History

Our history is a genuinely electrifying one – it begins a generation earlier.

NAATU Operator sp. z o.o. was founded in July 2021 on the initiative of Bartłomiej Steczowicz. Two years later Bartłomiej Zosiuk joined as a shareholder and expert.

Maciej Steczowicz, an electrical engineer, graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in 1965, specialising in electric drive automation. As part of his doctoral work in 1976 he designed and commissioned what was probably the first fully Polish thyristor inverter. In 1981 he received a Polish patent for a pulse converter for the pulsed switching of high-current thyristors above 10 kA at low voltages below 50 V. Bartłomiej Steczowicz graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1992, specialising in computer methods in electrical engineering.

The father of Bartłomiej Zosiuk, also an electrical engineer, ran a respected power design office for many years. Bartłomiej Zosiuk is a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, specialising in power electronics, and a student of Professor Zbigniew Krzemiński. For twenty years he has run a design office specialising in advanced hybrid energy microgrids.

Partners

The bieliq.pl platform manages energy microgrids built on our partners' technologies.

We work with manufacturers of cells and energy storage, inverters, protection systems and microgrid control systems: Sunwoda, Dunext, Kehua Tech, DEIF, Danfoss, ABB, Siemens, Sinexcel and Teltonika.

Two of these partnerships take the form of written authorisations. With DEIF A/S we have an Authorised System Integrator agreement, signed on 18 August 2025. Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd. authorises us to supply, install, commission, and provide warranty and after-sales service for Sunwoda battery energy storage systems in Poland.

What is NAATU Operator and what is bieliq.pl?

NAATU Operator sp. z o.o. is the company, bieliq.pl is the platform it develops. In day-to-day use both names appear interchangeably, but contracts and invoices are issued by NAATU Operator.

Is the platform built in Poland?

Yes. We develop our own EMS in Poland, on top of DEIF microgrid control technology, in cooperation with suppliers of cells, inverters and protection systems.

Do you compete with trading companies and grid operators?

No – and that is a deliberate decision. We supply the technology layer to companies that have their own customers and their own grid, instead of standing on the same side of the market as them.

Since when have you been active on the ancillary services market?

We decided to enter energy aggregation in 2025, and in 2026 we are starting to deliver ancillary services to PSE using our customers' assets.
