For thousands of prosumers to deliver flexibility services, a technology bridge between them and the central trading platform is required. That platform is bieliq.pl, which provides the full set of technologies for technical aggregation.
The roll-out of local flexibility services in Poland has already begun and is entering a decisive phase. The first pilot contracts from distribution system operators appeared at the end of 2024, and 2026 is the breakthrough year – work is well advanced on launching a single exchange-based platform for trading flexibility services on the Polish Power Exchange.

What does connecting an existing installation look like?
It starts with an inventory: what is installed, what it communicates with and what control capabilities it has. Only then does it become clear whether configuration is enough or an additional controller or metering system is needed.
What about installations from different manufacturers?
That is the rule, not the exception – a prosumer portfolio is never homogeneous. The technical aggregation layer exists precisely so that differences between devices never surface outside the portfolio.
How do you confirm that a service was delivered?
By measuring what the asset actually did and comparing it with the command issued. Without such proof a flexibility service has no basis for settlement.
